Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Has a leadership personality.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering in addition to a degree in Project Management or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, and has experience in project management offices, preparing methodologies, work plans, procedures for project management.
  • (15) years of experience in construction or architectural projects, including (15) years of experience in consulting Engineering/Project Supervision Management, and (10) years of work in Saudi Arabia

6- Lead Architectural / Senior Design Director

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in architectural and has experience in methodologies and procedures for technical approvals and designs in construction projects
  • (15) years of experience in architectural construction projects, including (10) years of experience in supervising projects in addition to work experience in the technical and design department, and (5) years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Work with the client and project teams to develop architectural solutions from conceptual level through schematic design - with input through construction documentation.
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure that all information necessary for the successful production of the design is clearly understood.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
  • Prepare conceptual designs and specifications, space plans, presentations, and oversee design development.
  • Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
  • Lead vision on graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to presenting design concepts both internally and to external clients.
  • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate with other engineering discipline designers as needed.

7- Construction Observer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Civil Engineering and will provide on-site observation of construction projects , coordinating with the engineering design team on project documentation such as construction submittal, requests for information, change order requests.
  • (15) years of experience in architectural construction projects, including (10) years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • University Degree required (approved from SEC).
  • Working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required. Knowledge of construction practices, techniques, materials and equipment, engineering plans, specifications and drawings

8- Software Engineer / Developer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in multi-tier architecture environment required.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with ESRI software, ArcGIS, ARCMap, ArcCView, ArcIMS, ARCObject, JSP, ISP, HTML.
  • Perform database performance tuning for Oracle Engineered Systems (indexing and optimizer strategies, stored procedures/triggers, partitioning, commit levels, rollbacks, locking schemes, temporary spaces/sort areas, and memory management).
  • Continuing development of Oracle database and applications, monitor database activity, performance, and capacity.
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting of queries using RDBMS toolsets; provide performance improvement recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in safety or equivalent engineering from a recognized Institution. Shall be certified NEBOSH-IGC and or Grade IOSH
  • (7) years of experience in projects, including (10) years of experience in engineering consulting/project supervision in Saudi Arabia.
  • Practical experience in identification and control of HSE issues on construction sites
  • Experience in HSE reporting procedures and familiar with the safety hazards with common construction activities. Carrying out risk assessment and mitigation measures.

14- Planner/Scheduler Engineer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering as well as PMP Project Management Professional with experience in preparing and reviewing schedules, implementation rates, performance measurement, earned value methodologies, KPIs, periodic reporting, dashboards, and using PMI project management software.
  • (7) years of experience in projects, including (4) years in engineering consulting/supervising projects in Saudi Arabia, and distinguished in preparing and preparing project reports and skilled in using relevant computer programs.
  • Understand the project scope of work as it grows in detail over time: estimates, budgets, execution plan, forecasts and reports.
  • Provide project management with credible timing estimates at the various project stages and schedules that are aligned with work methodologies and completion mandate.
  • Analyze events as they occur and provide information that facilitates completion of the project including change orders.
  • Support Project Management by integrating cost information and schedule to avoid budget overruns.
  • Create and maintain increasingly detailed Primavera schedules that roll-up to the Master Summary Level, rebalance resource/work requirements, anticipate peaks and emergencies and make plans for contingencies from a resource allocation perspective.
  • Plan, organize and deliver monthly critical path schedules based on current progress and the latest project control requirements.
  • Determine priorities, investigate and identify gaps and impacts to resources and costs and compile pertinent information useful for expediting the work.
  • Provide detailed project reports, including dashboards describing progress and updated current schedules to enable schedule optimization (compression when necessary).
